FOLDER CO LLC SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

These Subscription Terms supplement the Folder Co LLC Terms of Service and apply when a company purchases a Folder Co. subscription through the public website or another Folder Co. order page.

1. Paid introductory period

The One Labor Hour. One Month. campaign is a paid introductory period, not a free trial. An eligible company pays the accepted self-reported body labor rate shown during checkout, plus applicable taxes, for its first 30 days of access. The offer is limited to one introductory purchase per company and may not be redeemed through an invitation or join-existing-workspace flow.

2. Labor-rate information

The customer is responsible for entering a truthful body labor rate. Appraisers and right-to-appraisal professionals may optionally identify the insurer associated with the rate. Folder Co. may review eligibility or request reasonable support for self-reported information, but does not represent that the rate is an approved market, insurer, repair, legal, or reimbursement rate.

3. Package, seats, modules, and normal price

The selected base plan, included seats, active-file allowance, workflow modules, introductory charge, and normal monthly subtotal are displayed before Stripe Checkout. Optional modules and billable seats are recurring subscription items. Applicable taxes may be added by Stripe. The normal renewal price is not reduced by the introductory campaign unless a separate written promotion expressly says otherwise.

4. Automatic renewal and reminder

Unless canceled, the selected package automatically begins normal monthly billing after the first 30 days and renews monthly at the normal price shown before checkout, plus applicable taxes and later authorized package changes. Folder Co. will send a reminder approximately seven days before the first normal-price renewal to the billing email on file.

5. Payment processing and failed payments

Stripe securely collects and processes the payment method. Folder Co. does not store the complete card number entered in Stripe Checkout. If payment is processing, activation may remain pending. If payment fails or remains overdue, Folder Co. may retry the payment method, restrict paid modules, suspend the workspace, or end the subscription as described in the Terms of Service.

6. Cancellation

The customer may cancel through the available Stripe-managed billing tools or by contacting Folder Co. support. Unless law or a written order says otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the current paid period; charges already paid are not refundable. Canceling or abandoning checkout before payment does not activate a subscription.

7. Versioned acceptance

Folder Co. records the version of these Subscription Terms accepted during onboarding. A material change to price, renewal, or cancellation terms will be presented through a new version or other legally sufficient notice and will not silently replace the terms already accepted for a completed order.
